He sounds sincere, but there is no ether in modern physics- at least if you believe the Michaelson-Morley experiment, which has been verified. So much of what he is talking about runs counter to physics and is therefore unacceptable without experiment to back it up. Anybody can make up their own superscience, but it doesn't make it so. Also, I can't find his patent on the cipo website.
