@cesar11duran because think about it the truggy and monster truck both have way bigger and heavier tires so they come with lower gearing so do to the added weight and rotating mass its not hard to belive that they are 10mph slower but trust me for a 1/16th scale 35mph is very impressive.

the gears can strip easilly but it can go a good 45 mph. The smaller the car, the harder to controll.

@nitrorcx i have a complaint to make. This car must be fantastic when you can drive it but it makes it really hard to work on like when you need to replace parts and fix stuff on it because it is TOO SMALL!!! there is also some very cheep wiring for the on-off switch that i have experienced. Otherwise this car must be a blast to use! =)

Actually i just purchased one the other day... Runs nice, Just take care of it you'll have no problems......Its a sweet buggy forget what other people think. I ran it out on a track runs smooth, goes about 40 mph no lie, just dnt hit the corners to fast or your front axel will break......Also will have to replace the blue rubber part with a longer piece

Just figured id share this: With the newer style exhaust that's 2 piece, u can rotate the exhaust 90' to point towards the ground,just unscrew the 4 tiny philips screws and make a new hanger. This makes it ALOT quieter, for those late nighters like me or annoyed neighbors. (the ground deadens the sound)

How big are the jumps you're talking about? It's good for going off jumps, but nothing like over a house. Make sure your setup is right and everything is tight.

See, people in the rc area act like 100$ is a cheap price for a little toy that costs approx 20-30$ to make max and they ensure that it will break on collision so that you keep coming back for more parts. In reality though you end up spending more then you would of on a A class rc car that would be very durable and not break which is how rc companies trick people because they want you to start out on that piece of crap, keep spending and then decide to reach the next level..... great.

gas / nitro is actually cheaper in the end then electric depending on what you want / brushless system + the right lipo batteries  + charger will set you back more then a few aa batteries and a glow lighter lol and fuel :)
