while there may be good content i simply can't get past the poor quality of the presentation. Unfortunately you are looking down at your notes quite a bit .. also, it would be great to shoot this in a much less 'pastel' environment.
You're talking about being "very present" or "not very present", it's still in the relative realm of the ego. Absolute presence is "something" else. Absolute presence always IS, wheter you're "not very present" or "very present". It's not something you can learn, it's what you ARE.
