God awful review. Reviewer needs to check his wiimote calibration. This is a game about atmosphere, not thrills and scares. And to that degree it succeeds brilliantly. There are some truly jaw dropping moments. As for the story, I think this is a brilliant example of video game story done right. Nothing in-your-face, which is probably why this reviewer missed it, but instead a story told through environments and interactions, with occasional background dialogue to boost intrigue. Excellent game!

I agree with the Wiiviewer 100%. I love the concept but the gameplay was too clunky, a lot of my moves just weren't registering and I gave up out of frustration. I'm glad I tried it but I wish I'd rented rather than bought it.

I found the spider's attacks highly unrealistic, they're supposed to pounce their prey, not swat them away with its legs..

This game was a lot of fun. I liked playing as the spider because it could grab on to far away areas. The scorpion was just as fun to play as also. The two humans are pretty funny to listen to. The boss fights were great. I like the quick-time event form of doing boss battles. I don't know why everyone seems to hate it.

I got it, and loved it, but I agree about the motin sensers on the certain parts you use them. I took at least 8 full hours to finish it, because of the black widow area that took me 35 minutes and the boss battles in all taking 2 hours. but other then frusterating, it was good and has good replay value.

I can't really find playing as a wolf that interesting, mainly because in real life, wolves mostly hunt and have to survive. You wouldn't find bears or snakes charging at you. The enviorment that the spider and scorpion are in, make the gamer see what it lookslikein the eye-sight of an instect. Still, wolves may be a good idea, but it would be very hard to get the game interesting.

This game is definately worth a rental but I'd say buy it. It's probably cheap now, it's got a bunch of collectibles to find, and 3 levels of difficulty. Plus it has perhaps the most epic final boss fight ever which of course I won't spoil.

We need more original games like this. I'd love to see a Deadly Creatures 2, so support the devs by buying their game. In my opinion anyway.

This game should have and needed to be in the jungle or rain forest. over 90 % of all living organisms are in the rain forest. would have been so much better. they should have kept the creepy vibe and mixed it with a scientific approach, and made it all night levels. bugs dont hunt in the day. what the fuck were the thinking. it needed stealth kills as well.

This is a great game especially since it's a Wii exclusive from a third party company. My expectations of this game were not so great, I didnt really think it was worth spending my time or money on it  but when I played it I thought damn, could the Wii really handle a game like this, and yep - it can. The graphics are fantastic for a Wii game and gameplay is alot of fun. I definately recommend buying this game especially if you're after adult based games, not many on the Wii at the moment, yet.

It was a fun game and had really detailed environments that worked well, it was just to F*cking short, I got almost all the grubs and beat the game in 5 hours, and the back story is so flat I wonder why it was even there.
