thank you... one step at a time, that was mostly a house league group, still trying to develop skating balance to stay low, some may never see contact hockey. Important point for those playing contact hockey for sure.

not the shoot-out move, or the stop version...

The best part about that move, is that it's great at drawing a tripping or hooking penalty.
