I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but honestly I would have had the same response as they had. You complained and cried foul AFTER the class was done. That's like buying a book, reading it and then trying to return it because it wasn't what you thought it was.
The time to complain was the first time you had any issue and dispute it with your credit card company
