The reason venoms protecting Spidy is because He has part of the venom suit inside of him. So venom wants to absorb him so he can reconect with it. But he dose that at the end and gets control of the suit. And thats also why you dont get a headace in the last battle and he dose not eat you because the suit has left spidy.
