@brandeezy108 It's illegal to harass wildlife like this. If you're invading their space and interfering with what they'd normally be doing (aka sleeping on the beach or barking at another seal), you're causing them undo stress. I'm sure this seal is fine but people should not be approaching wild animals. It's dangerous, for both humans and seals.

Yup, definitely illegal, thanks to the Marine Mammal Protection act. Even if it wasn't illegal, whoever recorded this shouldn't have been there. The seal was clearly upset, and I'm really surprised this guy didn't get a bite!
