I'm curious, whats your fastest time in this mission against Schwarze? Using legit planes of course. I got about 7:30 with an F-15 Strike Eagle.

ace combat 5 was my fav flight game at all time. Ace 5 story mode is so damn amazing! and control are tight. zero si fun and i enjoy it alot. but compare to ace 5 its a disappointment =(

3 wing man is better than one and much more fun. its interesting to learn the character in ace 5. very very good game. hope they recreate ace 5 for the ps3 exclusive!!

Most of the time I just used F-15C or the F-14D with their XLAA/XMAA. Never thought of using other crafts.

Then again, it's not the plane that makes the difference of whether a player is skillful or not, it's how good a player pilots his plane that counts.

You, my friend, are one helluva ace.

If possible, can you make a video of the SP stage Gauntlet? Would like to see how you shoot down Mobius in that stage. ;D

It's not that hard to do. Ace mode only means you fire one extra missile at most enemies, and you take more damage. If you never get hit in the first place, Ace mode's almost meaningless. They should fix that.

What is that solid circle that sometimes appears on the HUD? it's not the gun sight, but what is it?

Ir's a new feature; press L3 to cause you to lock on to whatever is closest to that circle that pops up. It's a good feature, since otherwise you may be toggling between enemies that are nowhere near your gun sights. Especially with ground targets. :O

It's all about training.Play often, don't be afraid to try tricky things, try speed run VS enemy aces, and you're on your way to AC god

No idea. You'll have to find out if your laptop, or any laptop, can be equipped with any pc TV Tuner card. Otherwise, there's no way to plug in the PS2's coaxial or component cables to get any video feed into your laptop.

Ya. It's to help people out with Ace mode, lets them concentrate on the video more. This mission can only be S ranked if you get enough kills, AND beat it under ten minutes. Can be a bothersome mission. <,< So hopefully this helps.
