Nope. Not yet. It doesn't work. Put a bass in a guitar amp, sound is screwed. Put a guitar in a bass amp, you can blow out the amp.

@supersheepo13 - Yes, Greg Lake used a Zemaitis double neck that was one neck bass, one neck guitar. I don't know if you know anything about Zemaitis guitars but they were all custom made by Tony Zemaitis in London. Sadly he died, you can pick copies (Japanese remakes) up that apparently feel like the original. I played an original once...it went later that week for £12,000. Best guitar I've ever played in my ten years of playing...
