@spymatt11 depends on your experience... I am 5'7" and 130 lbs and I ride a crf450 and an xr250. The 450 fits me fine but I am still getting used to the powerband... Mine also has a big bore kit on it a well (500cc) and a white brothers exhaust system so I'm getting 66-69 HP rather than the stock 55 HP.. So I'm sure you would be fine.

@spymatt11 i am 5'11 and 150 pounds. i love my crf450r but it is still very big. another thing to take into account is that not everyone is made proportioanlly the same. my inseem is 34' i know people who ride 450's with a 30' inseem. so someone 5'6 with a 30' inseem or someone 6"3 with a 30' inseem wold have the same problems

I don't actually ride but after seeing this i bought a new CRF450r as a fitness and workout machine. My hamstrings have never been so nimble. I recently placed 10th in a local power walking race and i attribute my result to your video.. thanks guys!
