  • The best agressive song from AF. A live killer song. Miss them :-( .

  • My favourite AF song of all time (:

  • i read a biography on the internet and it says she started took classes at a conservatory 1999 and this album came out 1997 thats a pretty short time span so im pretty sure she took lessons before

  • she had always had singing lessons, she hadn't taken lessons from the conservatory yet though.

  • Now this is music! Kick ass!

  • Their best song! Just great!

  • i guess it is follow in the cry

  • Let me hear it!...

  • thank you for the post love it

  • 2:19 WOW!..

You dont hear that everyday, the way she sing that!!..

  • The control is slipping ... aarghhh ...

  • This song is awesome!!!

    After Forever are awesome!!!

    Better than epica for me...

  • Well, in terms of lyrics and composition, the sound they have here pretty much is Epica. Their sound evolved in a different direction when Sander Gommans took over, but as this is Mark Jansen at the helm with this album, it's not too much different than his usual style with Epica, really. But I like AF and Epica both equally, no matter who's leading them.

  • Yes Epica music in general is similar to the first 2 AF albums, though they are similar,a great difference I find is that AF was heavier and give more emphasis to the guitars, take for example this song...the guitars sounds more prominent than on Epica and the song is heavier than any Epica song,at least i dont know one that sounds like this in heaviness and guitars,oh and I also love both, the 2 are incredible awesome, but I prefer AF a bit more!

  • In fact this is part of a masterpiece called 'The Embrace that Smothers' by Mark Jansen, which he continued with Epica. No surprise it has the same sound to it!. ;)

  • This Band Is Great But lacks Experience Epica has got The needed Experience

  • i kno

    i cant wait

im still missing the prologue and the first three parts :(

sadly most good music nvr makes it here where i live :(

its only when i went to florida that i got some nightwish and epica and within temptation

  • unfortunately not

"Fools of Damnation" on THE DIVINE CONSPIRACY

was the last part to the embrace that smothers

  • the whole embrace that smothers is AWESOME!!!

  • PERFECT!!!!! What else could I say?
