Lucario- Go to iron island, fight of team galactic with riley (who has lucario) and hel give u a riolu egg for helping him out, MAKE SURE U HAVE SPACE IN UR PARTY before u go there

I think not becouse starters are one of most powerfull pokemons in the game

and you should give yourself some time and lvl up them to lvl 37-40 so beouse you will have trouble beating at elite four
