  • I saw Ms. Toro perform as Grizabella in Cats. She was AMAZING to watch and listen to. Thank you for posting this. Although it's not the song I was looking for, it's still a real treat to hear her sing like this again.

  • I saw natalie toro play eponine on broadway (twice) about 20 years ago. she was absolutely AMAZING. I wish she had been on the Les Mis album.

  • i am so sad I never got to see this....wish I knew Ron earlier

  • wow! I get chills every time I hear her sing this, she is amazing! I'm so glad I got to see her perform before the show closed

  • she is so in character! and a wonderful voice as well! love it!!!

  • I tried to sing this song today.... Let's just say FAIL.

But Natalie Toro is indescribably amazing! :D

  • the weird part is that madame defarge in this play is shown as a loving and caring person when in the book she is actually quite crazy and is obsessed with the execution of everyone

  • @glilopi Even in the novel she has reasons for what she does - her childhood was horrible. In a way, she went bad because she was so caring.

  • I just saw the show this past weekend, and she was the best part. Her voice is extraordinary!

  • P.S. Natalie Toro is absolutely Amazing!

  • I met her voice teacher the night of the opening, and she was as proud as the critics should be of a major talent. Great songs. How common SPRING AWAKENING can have a few Rock Tunes, but the French Reveloution can't. The critics should be ashamed of themselves.

  • Natalie is a major talent.

  • Yeah I actually met Natalie that night as well as the rest of the cast. .they are all wonderful!!!

  • Oh My Gosh! A Tale of Two Cities is the Best show that I have seen on Broadway so far. I have seen about 20 shows and this one definitely comes out on top! Everyone should go see it as soon as possible..I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. The cast is phenomenal and the story is so inspiring. You will find yourself laughing and crying and really just enjoying this classic Broadway experience! I have seen the show twice already and I intend on going many more times!

  • Just saw the show and missed Natalie (had the understudy who was very good too) so I thought I would see what I missed. WOW, she rocks!

  • GREEEEAAATTTT NIGHT at the THEATRE. Natalie is outstanding as the rest of the cast.GULLITINE the NYTIMES - in fact fire that reviewer, and hire a real critic.

  • i saw this show In NEW YORK

    and lets just say

its going to be there for a long time...

  • Natalie Toro is SUCH a great performer. I saw the Tale of Two Cities musical on Saturday and it was amazing. It really did remind me of Les Miz, like a throw-back to the older ones. It was awesome to see that. I hope it stays on Broadway for some time!

  • Holy cow.

  • utter to think (cow joke) I was milking the pun

  • Natalie was my very first Broadway idol, after seeing her as Eponine in Les Mis when I was 9... ca.1999. Love it.

Natalie got to come to teach my cast of the school version of les mis a few weeks ago and she was super nice!

  • where is dan petrotta?

  • Oh. My. Gosh. I would pretty much give my first born and possibly my second born to see this musical (not like I'm ever having kids...)! I love James and Brandi and Aaron and Natalie and the entire cast. This seems epic. Super excited.

  • Amazing Voices!

  • She's awesome! The entire cast really is extremely talented!

  • It's a shame that they got talented people to do this dreck.

Looking forward to seeing the poster on the wall of Joe Allen's.

  • I think someone had a bad weekend.

  • How on earth can someone hear this song and not fall madly in love with the show? Where on earth are you going to find such an intense and moving power ballad? Jeez, I think you need help.

  • Congratulations Jill! I hope it will be a great success! I'm sure it was worth the wait.

  • What an amazing voice! This is going to be a great show!
