I don't thinking using the name Windows and Mac in a video about an operating system should be considered copyright violation. It doesn't even use their logo.
Unless you're talking about the song, wich I don't know if it's released under a CC-license or something, if not, then yes they should replace the song in order for it to not violate copyright.
I actually don't know what the license is is on the song - I just know it's printed as (C) Griffin house. That is the first thing that came to my attention.
I also see the MSN butterfly - not sure what the law is on trademarked logos for satire and such. Don't know about showing icons for GMail, Skype, Opera, etc.
Most of those companies probably wouldn't mind. It just looks to me like someone didn't bother reading the rules.
Speaking as a longtime linux user, I'd like to bring up how shitty of a logo Tux is. I'm sorry, it violates pretty much every rule of a good logo.
