It appears to me that the $600.00 will end up with Exxon/Mobil pockets. No matter what we spend it on Exxon/ Mobil will get the most of it due to the high cost of energy. If the president was smart he'd put price controls on the oil and food companies and thereby ease the chain reaction that's occurring in our country and the world. JFK did it with steel. FDR did it with farmers during WW2. We need economist like John Kenneth Galbraith who kept America growing.
