this injury WAS REAL if they fake an injury they do it a lot more open not like a kick to the skull from Randy Orton to Batista was a fake injury to Batista Skull but this injury happen during a match from a bad clothesline that Triple H delivered to Chris Jericho no one caused his injury it just happen a he had two belts at the time and had to vacant them because of the injury.

Who knows if this injury was even real.... Think about it .. if you were a wrestler and wanted a year off you wouldn't just leave the fans w/ a vacation excuse.  WWE sets up a "injury" for your off time, knowing the return will only mutually benefit both WWE and the wrestler. Its business .. nothing more.

@ryanw1284 you obviously know nothing about wrestling, if you did, you would know which injuries are obviously staged in order to give a wrestler time off and which ones are actually real, it is well known and documented that this injury was legitimate, staged injuries are usually done with a big flashy move whereas this one was a simple move, stop trying to sound smarter than everyone else
