I drift constantly in my front wheel drive honda. Sure, you have to use the handbrake, but once you get it down, it is super fun. and addicting. and I have to buy new tires. I must admit... it's easier with RWD.

He's on the handbrake constantly but I guess that's the only way, cos front wheel drive cars are always trying to put you back into a straight line or stop the car by spinning out because of lack of pull from the back.

haha this is really funny. He can drift with a fwd because the front tires are bald as hell. if those tires had any grip he would pull forward before he could even drift. I guess this is cool but i wouldnt recommend people trying it since you lose alot of control and are screwed if you mess up on your timing. the simple way to drift with fwd is to just drive it backwads or stick to powersliding.

@mylegs123 No your wrong there about it being because the front wheels are bold, If anything you need really good front tires because that is how you are controling the car, with the front wheels and hand brake, You pull the hand break to get the angle you want, then when you start to loose the angle you pull it again........

@mylegs123 .......Its basicly the same as rear wheel drive drifting, but you dont have the option of using power in the back wheels,you just have the hand brake to control the car. You also control it by the amount of power you send to the front wheels to pull the car if you get too much angle, I know this because i do it ;)

Now that's skill... FWD drifts are 10x's harder then RWD... but it kills your rear brake pads & rotors apart from the rear wheels... Then you get flat spots on your rear wheels from sliding the rear with the e-brake... Less throttle control too, since you just slam it down to pull you along...

@7zenki7 easiest way is to lift the back wheels of the ground using a square metal sheet on each tire with a bit of a lip so the tire doesnt slip off that way you can have fun and not wreck your tires :D
