@RyanEssaf123 do you have one cuss if so he's or she's very lonely they NEED others try getting another or take it out the cage more if your cage is boring then your G.pig will get bord try putting tunnels or something to keep it simulated :) hope tht helps

You have well trained guineas, I have a question on my guinea pigs. @TheSimonMargo first of all guinea pigs live around 10 years. they're good to teach kids how to take responsibility of a pet and it also teaches kids how to be patient and teach. they're good companions who like to cuddle and bring joy into your day constantly. and they're actually very intelligent. judging by your lack of knowledge you expressed in your comment, i doubt you could do half the things my guinea pigs could. now if you don't mind leaving my channel that would be great thank you
@guineapigpeople Well, we used to own two guinea pigs and they were none of those things. We tried to show them affection by cuddling and stroking them and all they did was scream, shit, and run away. They refused to do anything for rewards and just kicked bedding out of their cage. We kept buying guinea pig food like "Cavy Cusine" and feeding them for nothing. Best day we had was when Margo brought home our pet python Eve. She crushed the stupid things to death while they screamed loudly.

@babiiedohl11 guinea pigs are never to young (or too old) to learn new tricks! just keep trying he'll get there! but for now reward him for where he has gotten:)
@guineapigpeople When I bought my guinea pig from petsmart they told me they only lived for about 2-3 years. My I had my guinea pig for about a year or so. Maybe petsmart doesn't take care of their animals well. My brother bought two from there. The first one lasted about 14 days so they let him return it and get a new one. The second one lasted longer, but I'm sure it was probably less than a year.
do you think that all guinea pigs can do these tricks? becuase i have one older guinea and i just got a brand new one who is very energetic and is trying to learn these tricks. but my older one just gived up right away out of laziness. any tips???
my guinea pig fluffy is 5 and i had taught her this recently (AKA i taught an elderly guinea pig how to do this) try to limit when they get veggies to only when they do tricks and one other meal. Also do training away from anything that could distract him/her :)

during an adoption event at petco, fluffy and pebble were in this really small tank covered in urine and so when i saw them i had to get them out, after pebble passed away we were planning on getting two more guinea pigs and while we were shopping for supplies at petsmart we saw annie and clia together in a 5 gallon tank with a small igloo, a food bowl full of cedar, and a water bottle containing feces and urine, and no hay, so we had to get them out of there (so basically petsmart and petco)
thankyou! they were on a strict schedule until they were about 1 year old (fluffy and pebble) but with fluffy around annie and clia didn't need it that long :)
they needed to build up their strength so they needed like crazy excersize and a special diet and they couldn't really do anything out of their schedule
by an adoption event at petco do you mean like a bunch of tanks of animals from an animal shelter that live there perminately(or until they get adopted) or like were they bring the animals like very week? I voulenteer with an animal shelter that has one of those things at petco and actually they look cruel at first glance but voulenteers come every day and take care of them and actually almost all of the animals there would have been euthanized if it were not for petco just had to say that =)
Yes, every petco is definately very different. the one closest to me (not the one I voulenteer at) has very grumpy staff the lights are always dim and all the animals are "sleeping".

i try to do that to mine, he m akes it half way then stops then goes back to how he was facing from the start.. any tips ?? he's about half a year old roughly... is that to young??

@babiiedohl11 guinea pigs are never to young (or too old) to learn new tricks! just keep trying he'll get there! but for now reward him for where he has gotten:)

@guineapigpeople When I bought my guinea pig from petsmart they told me they only lived for about 2-3 years. My I had my guinea pig for about a year or so. Maybe petsmart doesn't take care of their animals well. My brother bought two from there. The first one lasted about 14 days so they let him return it and get a new one. The second one lasted longer, but I'm sure it was probably less than a year.

do you think that all guinea pigs can do these tricks? becuase i have one older guinea and i just got a brand new one who is very energetic and is trying to learn these tricks. but my older one just gived up right away out of laziness. any tips???

my guinea pig fluffy is 5 and i had taught her this recently (AKA i taught an elderly guinea pig how to do this) try to limit when they get veggies to only when they do tricks and one other meal. Also do training away from anything that could distract him/her :)

i usually just give them veggies :) (which they LOVE) but their are guinea pig treats at pet stores such as yogies etc. :)

during an adoption event at petco, fluffy and pebble were in this really small tank covered in urine and so when i saw them i had to get them out, after pebble passed away we were planning on getting two more guinea pigs and while we were shopping for supplies at petsmart we saw annie and clia together in a 5 gallon tank with a small igloo, a food bowl full of cedar, and a water bottle containing feces and urine, and no hay, so we had to get them out of there (so basically petsmart and petco)

thankyou! they were on a strict schedule until they were about 1 year old (fluffy and pebble) but with fluffy around annie and clia didn't need it that long :)

by an adoption event at petco do you mean like a bunch of tanks of animals from an animal shelter that live there perminately(or until they get adopted) or like were they bring the animals like very week? I voulenteer with an animal shelter that has one of those things at petco and actually they look cruel at first glance but voulenteers come every day and take care of them and actually almost all of the animals there would have been euthanized if it were not for petco just had to say that =)

Yes, every petco is definately very different. the one closest to me (not the one I voulenteer at) has very grumpy staff the lights are always dim and all the animals are "sleeping".
