@stevestutz i havent heard any of the new 5.0's in person but i gotta agree that fords modular 4.6 makes and awesome sound. even my 97 f150 4.6 with the flowmaster has a distinct sound that comes from the ford 4.6. one of the best sounding engines imo

@weenaud u should put Flowmaster super 44 or SLP Loudmouth 1 with off road H pipe for Flowmaster and off road X pipe for SLP!!!!!!! i use to have borla stingers on my mach 1 and the sound was not bad but not as loud and agressive as the super 44s or SLP the sound they make are just pure muscle sound!!!!!!! Borla just sounds like a aftermarket nissan 350z!!!! headers and the catco cats are what make it close to match the Flowmaster sound!!!!!!!

i dont really think it's that loud or aggressive, but let me tell you, your car is sweet its sounds pretty good. i got a 2003 mustang gt that has flowmaster 40's it sounds really good but im getting super 44's im hoping for some real sound.

@kyronthomas14 The most aggressive sound I have found is in the Jones Full Boar mufflers, but......and it is a big but.......there is alot of interior resonance with them. I'd post a vid of it, but one of the baffles in the passenger side of mine has broken loose and it sounds like shit until this Wednesday when I go back to the Magnaflows.

@SweCastel as you should love your exhaust setup, flowmaster and magnaflow sound a little diffrint but bolth of them are gunna make u shit yer pants when u hear it and thats the bottem line...yer mustang and exhaust are str8 up badass and sound alot better than the 5.4L i got with stock exhaust in an expodition. if it wernt so loud i cud sleep to the sound of yer cars exhaust lol its beautiful

@che007 flowmasters have also been proven to be the worst flowing mufflers available. if your in it for sound, hell ya you cant beat the sound of the flowmasters. but if your in it for performance, there are a lot better options.
