@Popsdasuss Well, Speeders are not used by the railroads anymore because of the high rail trucks. Railfan groups are who take these things on trips, as well as maintaining and restoring them. The group in this video started out in Sparta and then after laying over went up to just outside of the Campbell Hall station to turn around.
How do they get to use the tracks? Does the railroad clear them?

@Popsdasuss Yes, the railroad does have to clear them. This group had to get the ok from Norfolk Southern
