Interesting that Lisa castes some light on the hierarchy of fears which seems right on the money, for me. Fear of failure? Don't have it that often. Fear of rejection? Haven't had that since I sold Christmas Cards, seeds, newspapers, then cookware all from 10-25 years old. But what has been my No. 1 fear from then on, is the "Fear of Success". It's because I'm worried about tomorrow instead of focusing on doing the best job possible for today, for the moment of "right now". Thanks Lisa!
If you know anything about addiction counseling, you'll know that the first step to recovery is admitting our problem. If we can let go of our ego and admit to ourselves that we have fear, only then can we overcome it.
