Some would say there is no evil. Re: being born neutral. That's a fallacy. Babies are a product of their genes & the care, lack of care, or possibly abuse, they get during gestation. Add karma/soul to that & what you get is far from a lump of clay. Ask any parent. We are biochemical individuals. Chemistry, electricity & soul pretty much dictates who you are.  Hopefully, a child will be raised to learn how to control the first two for their benefit....wittlingly or unwittlingly.

The story is a re-imagining of the Oz story. So while you'll recognize the characters, and roughly the key points of how Dorothy's story goes, I've changed a lot of the scenes. A lot.  Thanks for watching!

I had to come let you know...I finished reading Wicked and Son of a Witch, and all the time, your drawings were in my mind. We also watched Silent Hill last night, and all the time I was waiting for this song, then Sarita (my daughter, here writing is the mum) said you said is Silent Hill 3....still, your art has impacted us so much, we both wish you succeed if you choose to go proffessional, you are most certainly a wOw artist..:)

I only wish Baum were still alive, he's such an inspiration, the way he managed to create such a wonderful classic. the only downside is that he is hardly ever given public credit for the witch, she is always known as Margaret Hamilton portrayed her.

Definetly. I only read Wicked. My version of the Witch is very much inspired by the poster and book cover of Wicked. Obviously I've gone in my own direction, but I liked the wide brimmed hat that covers her face mostly. As you can see I've done away with the green skin (she didn't have green skin in the Baum book, that was added in the movie). As well in the Baum book she only had one eye, which I've kept.

So I noticed. The green skin and the ruby slippers were the equivalent of a gratuitous CGI shot or wire-suspend fight scene for that era. The more I read the books, the less I liked the MGM movie.

I believe there is always a chance for redemption. As far as she had gone, all of what she did and who she killed; there's always a road back.
