Judith, I love your brother, even though I am an American. I really think you should push Terry to the US. I first learned of your brother the day after he died. I myself have experienced the devastating the disease of cancer because my father died of Hodgkin's when I was 7! (and he was 34.)
I think of Terry as my hero, I am slightly younger than your brother Fred (although I do not look as old). In fact, I would have loved to have run with Terry in Toronto on my 23rd birthday.
