Great info, but a few more trees might be even better: natural shade that's cooler than artificial shade; leaf drop recycles nutrients & minerals from sub-soils to the surface (without having to mechanically 'sub-soil'), and you may be able to get an additional crop, depending on the type of tree, management, etc (firewood, timber, maple syrup in the right areas...). Acorns from oaks are edible by livestock.

Anything you have ever really wanted you could actually see it clearly in your mind, before you got it. That�s what drove you to getting it. Part of knowing what you want is being able to see what you want.
