Jeopardy had "What is", Debt had "You are". See, it's TOTALLY different! :)

Apparently the producers realized it was lawsuit-close ...note that in season two, this round was completely changed, and the "You are" question format went bye-bye.

My take on that comment was that, the year prior, game shows were few and far between. If you didn't have cable, TPIR, Jeopardy, and Wheel were pretty much your only options.
