Yeah, I think this is a better game... using "higher technology" sometimes is the wrong thing to do, e.g. for the digitized characters in 3, they didn't work because the characters are small. For small characters, you want to draw them to make them more easily identifable... esp. back in the days with such strict technical limits.
Even in HD, though, I would have used animation and coarse details, similar to Crazy Taxi, for example.
I actually only played the game for the 64, but I loved that one. Not only was it a fun game, it kept me laughing constantly. Was a great game packed with entertainment.
I love the first 3 roadrash games, but 2 is definitely the best

I think RR3 is better (more weapons :P ).
But i love RR2 for it`s black bike with unlimited nitro :D RR3 doesn`t has such.
