I'm a incomplete parapalegic. My leg will kick out violently and won't stop unless try to get a B movement. This will happen also if bladder is too full. The spasms hurt very bad, I'm sorry you have to go through this.

my best friend is a paraplegic. he has constant horrible spasms in his legs. not often do i get to see him but when i do i massage from the hip down and it eases his spasms. just have someone work out your legs by massaging them if you can on a regular basis. it helps relax the muscles a great deal. take care sweetie
