Wes Clark is a lying snake. He has tortured and murdered someone in Europe in 1999. That is what got him fired from his job. Clark belongs on the electric chair for what he has done. No. He was addressing the General, who it seems is well-suited to the F Bomb these days. It might have been clearer had the caller said "old fuck!" I think he's on the crack.
