how are you sharpening your knives? i have the spyderco delica 4 combo edge vg10 steel and I've gotten it sharpened professionally and it STILL can't cut paper like that. inform me bro! hahaha
@TINGLEY99 I use a Spyderco Sharpmaker for quick sharpening and if I have an hour to really tend to the edge, I will use my Smith's Tri-Hone sharpening stone. To finish the edge I also use a green compound loaded strop.
