  • convicts srry dude.

  • 0:31 Come on motherfucker! Come on! You want a piece of me? Do you? I'll take both of you bitches on!

  • CONVICTS! nastyyy fishh

  • they are 100% convicts,nice ones tho

  • HAHA YEA THEY ARE CONVICTS

  • :30 hahahaha

  • They need more shelter man cause they will kill eachother in time and a bigger tank wouldnt be so bad eather

  • the long one should be with these other fish its call a gold ring cylinrcus thats the long one ,,,it a african ,,, the other are central american ,,, i cant see the other ,,, but your convicts are about to breed

  • the so called hybrid is a kind of uncommon blue eyed cichlid

  • these r regular CONVICT cichlids only

  • indeed they do look like cinvict hybrids

  • i mite sound stupid but they look like convits mixed with flowerhorns

  • I only see pure Convicts...

  • Im thinking the mystery fish could be a salvini/convict cross. Its hard to tell, as it could be crossed with just about anything. How did you get this fish? I hope it wasnt sold at a pet store. Breeding this hybrid will create fish of unknown origin and can really mess up the gene pool if you allow them to be sold and then bred. Well, whatever it is, i think its cool.

  • i'd say midas x convict

  • They are plain old convicts, and the reason they are so aggresive is because you have two males instead of a pair. They are ready to breed and you have no female(wouldn't you be pised too if you were them?) The females have red/orange around the belly area.

  • they are obviously trying to spawn and they are driving the other fish away from their prospective breeding sites. Yes, female cons have a orange belly, but this is a hybrid con. As to what its crossed with, i just dont know. I was thinking salvini, devil or trimac.

  • Yeah, I can see what you mean about a posible mix with a salvini, I think even a festae. I seriously doubt they have devil or trimac at all, but I get what your saying. Unfortunately I've had convicts cross on me with other fish, it's kinda hard to avoid that when you have a community tank but even then the females I've raised from those mixes all had orange on their bellies. Not saying your wrong, just through my experience they've had the orange belly.

  • They do look alot like a common barred convict except they look to have an elongated and pointy face. It's difficult to tell from the vid. How big are they ?

  • I beg to differ those are Convicts. yes it could be those things that jimmi420 had said but hello they are called "CONVICTS" for a reason...

  • 100% NOT pure convicts....Look to be a cross between Nandopsis Tetracanthus and a convict....

  • if the convicts are gihting like that it means the are in the stages of reproduction. Most convicts fight because of lack of food or harsh conditons. Mine are my little goldfish.

  • id be carful wiht those convicts those are soem mean ass fish they will try to eat a fish 2 times their size if you forget to feed them and they might even team up to take down a fish

  • they look like convicts....a very tough pair if I may say....youre going to have some tough convicts!!

  • look like nothing more than convicts to me! is that a salvini getting chased (poor bugger) and that other fish is lamprologus cylindricus (tanganyika)
