Is the front door right onto the street?

yes it's a first floor unit, the front door opened to the street.

It was a little tougher to sell because of this (I would imagine because of security concerns and privacy), but for the person who likes it, it's very handy. Plus most of the other units have businesses running out of them, so it gives options for that as well.

It sold in the $480's in mid-to-late-2007, if I remember correctly. Somewhere around 1300 sq.ft., if memory serves correct.
