I have just finished watching this show. I really loved it.

Personally I too Love this Show also Love the way Jill Scott plays her chracter and the way her character merges with all the other guys as well. This programme is a Awesome comedy it has me good lauther which is very seldom for me but this programme has brought it out of me so I watch this and expect a good laugh with the many storylines in it as well. I also adore all the African Men that act in it as well very inspiring as well. WELL DONE Botswana and good luck to the future in tourism also.

This is a wonderful video which I have seen many times. I feel that the extras included with the DVD really enhances the entire series. So nice to learn how the series was made from the start to the finish. Jill Scott is Precious Ramotswe and I am working with all the fans on the HBO facebook site to hopefully bring back some more new shows. It is now September 1, 2010 and the most we know is that they are working on two scripts for two television movies on HBO to be filmed next year.

I have traveled to Africa many times and experiencing the sweet spirit of this show brought back many nice memories. This series is brilliant, refreshing, positive, real to life, and I wish more producers would try more unconventional projects like this. It is one of my favorite programs to watch and I hope it continues.

I was sooo happy about this UNTIL...they just had to put a homosexual man in the series to promote the demasculinization of the AFRICAN man & to think that character WAS NOT even in the novel WTF?!? I highly doubt in reality my ppl play that mess in Africa! Very dissapointing.

there are homosexual people all over the world. Including a gay character in the series has nothing to do with the demasculinization of the African man and it astounds me that you feel that way. I personally love the addition of that character and I thought including him in the series was natural and added more depth to the t.v show.
