He uses Camtasia Studio. There is an option for making a circle around your cursor

I figured this out a long time ago...
I did find a program called Pixen that is specifically for these kind of graphics. It even lets you draw w/ the image tiled so you can fit stuff together easier. It's very cool. and useful for backgrounds and that sort of thing

Yeah, I don't know why it took so long to figure out how to make tileable bricks. I've been using Gimp and Graphics Gale. I'll look up Pixen. I figured out how to use layers in Gimp to fit swords and shields and stuff onto characters.

Can you only make maze style games with this software? can you make realistic characters or anything like that? I downloaded this software and I NEED HELP TO MAKE SOMETHING VERY REALISTIC!

If you're talking about 3D models and realistic physics, I'd recommend you start with Unreal Engine. Google it. There's a huge community and tons of tutorials.

Yeah You can acually make 3D games in game maker with good graphics it just takes a while , I made a great 3D rpg game , its a good program but the more complex games take a while. Hope I Helped.

@roversrawsome maze style games? noo O_O u can make any game u want, as long as you know how. the drag and drop system can be limited, but with codes it'll do fine
