This video is poorly labels. Ryan is make a point, i.e. presenting an argument on the floor of the House. A point of order is something completely different. A point of order is a rule of debate where a member of a deliberative body can ask for clarification of the chair regarding a violation of the bodies rules or violation of another member regarding improper decorum while speaking. A point of order has nothing to with the politics.

There really isn't any excuse. If his going by the measurements on the graph, then his math is terrible. If he wasn't going to stick to just the numbers, as they appear on the graph, then he should not have graphed them. As it stands, the graph makes him look mathematically illiterate. But, even if his argument is clearly flawed, I'm sure most of the people cheering here are dumb enough to only care that he's a Republican fighting another boogeyman that Fox News has created.

The right column is a result of the fact that -$208 B added to +$112 B results in -$96 B. Way to understand the issues guy.

@Algrokoz I watched about ten PRyan videos and he's always for shrinking govt and cutting spending; he encourages free market big time. Now, if I were doing all that and some health and insurance lobbyists wanted to make large campaign contributions, I would heartily accept it. Accepting the contribution "does not mean he is a bought person or owes them". Also, voting for him now does not mean I will vote for him at a later date. We always have to keep a watchful eye on those we elect.

In my opinion, it wouldn't be a good idea for all 38 states to proceed with a case against this Bill at one time. At the very least we need to hold this legislation up until November, when it can be overturned by Republicans and a new and fair system immediately put into place. In other words, tie it up with one case after another, not ALL at one time.

The Racial Preferences clause in this Bill is almost enough by it's self to cause it to be overturned.

The Bill specifies the Sec. of Health & Human Services "In awarding Grants or Contacts the Sec. shall give preference to individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantage background only". Its as racist and Unconstitutional I might add, as it gets. It's saying, only black and Latino people will qualify for these programs.
