Newspapers do not announce anything the only reason Obits are published is for legal reasons. Birth announcements are not legal proof anything.
The parents REQUEST a birth ANNOUNCEMENT and they provide the info.. When you grow up and leave M& D's domain maybe then you can garner some real life knowledge and have a say .. till then listen when spoken to opening your mouth on allot of things you have no knowledge of makes you sound ignorant.

thats factually wrong. the number of africans in absolute poverty has been halved in the last two decades, and the number with stable, democratic governments has doubled. there are no major wars going on that are near the scale of those in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Africa has made tremendous gains in the last quarter century.
