  • Love the video btw.

  • This little thing has taken me SO much time to do.... See, I didn't have any zippers and didn't want to wait for my mom to POSSIBLY take to a craft store... so I just tore some from old pants and sewed them together discretely... NEVER do this... unless you are as determined as I was... it's a kind of strenuous task... :P

  • Simply Excellent!!!!!! Thank you!

  • This is super pretty ! I'll try it .XD

  • the best video for zipper flowers

  • could you use a glue gun instead of thread&needle?

  • @765Rockstar theoretically, yes, but it would be prone to coming undone/falling apart, and after so many petals, I think the glue would become very thick. Why dont you try it and let me know if it works!

  • great idea! easy instructions...thank u!!!

  • Quite impressed, I didn't realize it was that simple! Now all I need is a good seller for a ton of cheap jacket zippers! Those things are like $2-$3 a piece... Awesome awesome awesome

  • So pretty!!!

  • Thanks so much for the video! i made one myself and it looks good for a first timer. the ones here in my country are selling these zipper headbands for like a ridiculous 12 dollars. And i made one out of a recycled old piece of denim. thanks to you =D keep making more videos like this please!

  • Really good video, it's clear, simple and concise, I been looking for this and it’s the first tutorial to make it look achievable. Plus your flowers are really nice.

  • omg it actually maskes sense right now!!!

They are so cute!! thanks :D

  • Thank you so much Evange. Yours are fabulous. I don't know why mine are not coming out. Do you do five petals? You say so them four times, but it looks like five. Do you make one petal and then go to the opposite side in a figure eight motion and sew the other petal or are they side by side. Sorry for all these questions. It's just hard to see. I think it's a great craft that's why I'm trying so hard.

  • Are folding over the zipper on the bottom too. I mean are criss crossing it like a breast cancer ribbon or are you keeping the bottom parallel.

  • @bestauntie37 Yeah, I'm criss-crossing it.

  • @bestauntie37 I think you did a great job with your video!

  • I'm trying to do this. I luv it. But when you say the zipper is folded onto itself it's hard to see. Is it folded like those ribbons for causes. Can you clarify? I would like to teach people at camp how to do this. I teach arts and crafts. Do you only do 4 petals or more. Thank you.

  • Thanks for the tutoriaL SO ADORABLE! I will attach mine to a bag i made! Thanks sew much!

  • thanks really neat thanks :)

  • @jebezelle You're welcome :D

  • really cute i just wish it was closer so we could see the tut better , cute flower:) cs

  • @thomasmccarty09 Yeah, I noticed. I dont have a tripod, so I always have to find something for my camera to sit on. And what I find isnt always at the prefered height of angle.

  • Sewing, zipper flowers, perfume reviews....you're probably also really good at sending friendly little lobsters to Lobster heaven....

    :D

  • Cute!

  • @aglanceatmyworld Thanks!
