I think these guys have incredible stamina and drive with determination and obvious physical endurance that deserves praise. I'm sure it's not exactly their first choice for training but the conformances and stamina prevail with the outcome and results. I would NEVER want to mess with these guys. Great work!
Before crawlig through this path, these trainees will have to experience "Hell week"(A cycle of 5 hours training; eat, sleep, rest, heal in an hour; then train for 5 hours and so on, with the duration of a week). This 50 meter long path is called the "heaven road". Trainees will have to crawl through this path to become an official member of the ARP (Amphibious reconnaissance and Patrol unit) aka "Frogman".

為什麼同樣是特種部隊，老美的看起來都是體型壯碩，我們的看起來卻是 "ㄛ" "ㄉㄚ" "ㄕㄢ" (黑乾瘦)。覺得很不健康說 (很明顯平常操過頭沒給足夠休息的感覺)...而且爬石頭那段好自虐喔！

@ludlow07 亞洲人的體格本來就不應該變作筋肉型的，即使真的變成那樣，和同樣重量的老美光比力量還是有存在差距，所以個人感覺亞洲人訓練后的體格就該跟鋼筋一樣。
