It's a shame that the Berserk anime ended mid Eclipse. It really needed a resolution. (Manga's great tho.)

Ippo's a different beast. It's entertaining for very different reasons than Berserk. Much more of a lighthearted ensemble show with great characters. Berserk's a relentless tragedy. I can't rate either series badly.
