I know he is usually paired off with Victoria as a sibling but I have seen a production where they seemed to be paired off as mates. I have never seen one where he is paired off with Jemima/Sillabud in anyway.

Okay, questions for whoever can answer. I've never seen the entire musical, but I've read that Sarah Brightman played Jemima in the original London cast in 1981. Is this clip from that? Is Jemima in this clip played by Brightman or someone else? Who? I've never listened to the entire score, but I don't see this song listed. Is this song part of the original score or not? If not, why is it on this clip? Thanks.

@DandAinTac Hi. This clip is not from the original show, it is from the video version which came out in 1998. Jemima was played by Veerley Castleyln (???) in the video. This song was recorded by Sarah Brightman on one of her albums. I can't remember the original singer of it though.

I don't believe he has a crush on either. Misto's actor is always doubled with another character that I forget, who I believe is the one who dances with Victoria. I could be wrong. However, I think Jemima shows more interest in Rum Tum Tugger, who seems to favor her over the others.

I agree this is a just a fan fic. I think the double character you could be thinking of is quaxo who is considered to be his alter ego. Or if you just mean the one that dances with victoria that is plato/admetus

Bombalurina likes Rum Tum Tugger. Rum Tum Tugger does not like her at all. He even goes as far as to dump her onto the ground when she hits on him.

Demeter, it's rumored, doesn't like Rum Tum Tugger because he reminds her of Macavity, whom Demeter (it is believed) had a thing with.

All the kittens adore him, but he favors Jemima.

I seem to remember there being 2 versions of this song. She Doesn't See Him first and then re-recorded like this for a re-issue/US version of La Luna. I like the other one better. Fits the lyric better somehow.

One was for the European version. It was called "She doesn't see him".

The second one was for the international releases. It was called "He doesn't see me". This is the most common one.

Yes. There have been a few productions where Victroia sings her part. Sometimes Tantomile will sing Moments of Happieness and someone told me that she was in production where Rumpleteazer sang memory. I believe that Demeter may sing it as well if there is no Jemima/Sillabud. Also, Victoria is not always the cat who touches Grizabella first. When I saw the fourth national tour Sillabud(Jemima) touched her first.
