No, this is the first time booting up. It's always slow like that because it's loading all your new drivers, and the Vista configuration. It boots up 20x faster than that now.
Its great! I was having some problems playing a few games because they weren't compatible with Vista, but other than that, I love it. Very glad I bought it. I'm always on it! =]
