@jackcdempsey he most likely applied the pan up/ down etc, post production (i.e. in editing) which helps make it look much more fluid note at @0:20 where its much more shakey... its because the camera was no longer on a tripod. So essentially, you set up your camera on its tripod, zoomed out more than you will use in your final cut, and when you take it to post prod., you add effects that pan.
@SilveRainLongboards It's not just about parkour, you can also practice actual rock-climbing skills on buildings. Here in the UK we have lots of bridges, walls and embankments, and old buildings made with real stone blocks. These can all present good boulder problems and challenges for rock climbers.
