Are you going to test them in deep mud too?

Not these. They are neprene, and I like them to stay quite clean so far. I might use them for fishing in the future. (I recently made the fishing license.) In mud I prefer rubber or PVC waders, but I don't know any place (hidden to the public) with at least 4 feet deep mud where I could step in like I did in the water here. :-( The pressure of the water in very deep water is so cool!

Definitely! That sudden depth was really unforseen. The 'problem' is that you can't step back when you are in so deep. The current pushes you forward. Towards the unknown ... :-o
