FTP started by default but no user account with that. You can login as `root` via ssh or SFTP. To create FTP user accounts goto proFTP server in webmin.
NOTE: after creating instance you've to START webmin and it listen in port 10000

Nice one, do youhave knownlegde about any vm appliance with this same software set?, would be nice to test it as fast as this one... ;)
