اين حکم صبح ديروز اجرا شد..

در ضمن خواستار اين شدند که دل آرا قتل را بپذيرد، وکيلش را عزل کند و نامه يي براي عذرخواهي بنويسد تا آنها از اجراي حکم صرف نظر کنند. به رغم اينکه دل آرا و خانواده اش تمام شرط ها را پذيرفتند و آنها را اجرا کردند،

وي در مورد اينکه چرا حکم در روز تعطيل و بدون اعلام قبلي اجرا شد.» بنا بر اين گزارش 10 روز پيش زماني که خبر اجراي قريب الوقوع حکم دل آرا در روزنامه ها منتشر شد، اولياي دم مقتول نامه يي خطاب به رسانه ها نوشتند و از مظلوميت خودشان سخن گفتند،

اما فرزند مقتول با بيان اين جمله که خون را با خون مي شوييم، طناب را به گردن دل آرا انداخت و او را قصاص کرد.

گفت؛ ما در آنجا نبوديم اما آن طور که به ما گفتند تنها يکي از فرزندان مقتول که در رشت زندگي مي کند، در زمان اجراي حکم در محل حضور داشت. مطابق گفته کساني که زمان اجراي حکم در آنجا بودند، دل آرا از تنها ولي دمي که در آنجا بود مي خواست حکم را اجرا نکند

دل آرا هم تا پايان شب از اينکه قرار است جمعه اعدام شود، باخبر نبود. او هم مانند ما زماني که براي اجراي حکم پاي چوبه دار رفت، متوجه ماجرا شد. عموي دل آرا در مورد اينکه لحظه اعدام چه اتفاقي افتاد،

وي در مورد اينکه حکم به دل آرا ابلاغ شده بود يا نه، گفت؛ دل آرا پنجشنبه شب با مادرش تماس گرفته و صحبت کرده بود. او به مادرش گفته بود چرا اولياي دم رضايت نمي دهند مگر نه اينکه همه شرايطي که گفته بودند، اجرا کرديم و قرار بود آنها بعد از اجراي اين شرايط اعلام رضايت کنند.

بالاخره اجازه ورود به محوطه را به ما دادند. به دفتر زندان که رسيديم به ما گفتند حکم اجرا شد و براي گرفتن جسد دل آرا بايد به پزشکي قانوني برويم. کار از کار گذشته بود. ما حتي در لحظه آخر هم نتوانستيم دل آرا را ببينيم. دل آرا حق داشت پدر و مادرش را براي آخرين بار ببيند.

صداي آژير آمبولانس را از داخل محوطه شنيديم. وي ادامه داد؛ زماني که آمبولانس از محوطه خارج شد، ديديم روي آن نوشته شده؛ «مخصوص پزشکي قانوني». من و خانواده برادرم مي دانستيم داخل آن جسد برادرزاده 23ساله ام قرار دارد اما پذيرش موضوع براي ما سنگين بود.

لحظاتي بعد سراسيمه خودمان را به مقابل زندان رسانديم. هيچ کس جلوي در زندان نبود. همين طور که داشتيم با نگهبان صحبت مي کرديم تا بتوانيم وارد زندان شويم و حداقل در لحظات آخر دل آرا را ببينيم يا اينکه از اولياي دم بخواهيم از خون اين دختر بگذرند،

ولی امروز حدود ساعت هفت صبح،دلارا به پدرش تلفن زده و گریان به پدرش گفته که" پدر، من دارم طناب دار را می بینم، لطفا برایم کاری بکن".20090501
