She's singing live of course. She even changes the lyrics, the original lyrics are: "Only run with scissors WHEN you want to get hurt" and Shakira sings "Only run with scissors IF you want to get hurt". She just sings really good live.

@Tedschmit Yeh she does that alot, especially with whenever wherever, hips dont lie, she wolf & waka waka! She makes mecdleys out of them & sings them slower than they should be & it sounds amazing!! :)

@Tedschmit and also at 2:27 she sings "i never made agreements" while the original lyrics are (only in the second chorus): "i don't make agreements". I must be honest, at first i thought it was a "live-mode" (a pre-recorded track, different from studio version just to sound like a live performance), and i still think it may be.
