I think Lakota MUST file for GENOCIDE case in international court. Armenians did so against Turkey. Ossetians didn't file an official case but openly named Georgia's actions as Genocide. in Bangladesh they also call Pakistan's brutality in 1971 as genocide. and there is no doubt that what US has inflicted on native americans is a genocide.
they may not win the case - but at very least they'll create and AWARENESS of the double standards US practices!
