today youtube is free because of those corporations , today we can watch movies freely and also many user-uploaded clips.

if there were no corporations , youtube go bankrupt and they ask customers to pay for their site.

watching 10 seconds ad is better or paying monthly is better ?

and also youtube content ID protects spamming.

if a music video comes out , if there are no corporations that case 10000 users upload same video and youtube will be a big spamming site.
