I submitted a response video....if u wait you can hear when the line comes off. It sounds differrent because its under load (driving) but it wouldnt build boost and just dumped it all. U can hear the shsssssss sound everytime i get on the gas. Parked it and was getting identical flutter and vacuum leak. I know this is your problem!!!!!
Gaurantee your surge (BOV) line has popped off. Happened to me. Explains the vacuum leak at idle, and the flutter (wont hold boost with line off)! Check your vacuum lines!!!!! Did you figure it out?
You have a major boost leak and the stock surge valve is fine. You have flutter because you have a aftermarket intake. They amplify the flutter sound. Its normal and ok. Check all the vac/boost lines then do a boost leak test. You can make a boost leak tester or buy one on Ebay or some other site.
Doesn't look like you have a blow-off valve installed on the car, either. If you don't, that's why you hear the fluttering. The pressure has no where to go, except back through the turbo. (Known as compressor surge)

Your BOV opened the same time you gave it gas. usually opens after you release throttle.
