It's a little bit rushed in parts. Yeah really good tone to your voice (soulful). Bit of work on your range there make the high notes more free and don't rush those bit or over elaborate where the notes should be sustained more strongly. You should aim to bring in that cry sound on "old and gray" for example it's a bit more like a sort of sam cooke type tone there.
